Built and maintained back-end services and API infrastructure for a fast-growing platform, writing code to support reliability and scalability as the user base grew. Debugged live production issues across the service stack.
Developed Python and Bash automation to support infrastructure monitoring and operational efficiency, deploying Wazuh for ongoing visibility into system health. Reduced mean-time-to-detect from days to minutes.
Collaborated closely with the engineering team on capacity-related decisions as the platform scaled, identifying and resolving 6 critical issues affecting reliability before launch. Maintained documentation of system architecture and operational procedures.
